This questionnaire was designed as part of the mapping project of flood-prone areas and risks associated with flooding initiated by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MAMH) and executed by the University of Quebec at Rimouski (UQAR) to the MRC of Bonaventure.

We invite you to answer the best of your knowledge and according to your understanding to the various questions of this questionnaire on the vulnerability to flooding in your municipality.

The question codes relate to questionnaires Q1, Q2 or Q3 followed by the question number (examples: Q11 indicates question 1 of questionnaire Q1, Q212 indicates question 12 of questionnaire Q2, Q37 indicates question 7 of questionnaire 3)

Depending on your situation, you answer the questionnaire Q1 (residence affected by flooding) composed of 61 questions, Q2 (residence not affected by flooding) composed of 42 questions and Q3 (municipal or city manager) composed of 25 questions.
